Build Your Own Patch Trucker Hat

Build a staff trucker hat the same way you would at a patch bar. Choose how many patches you want. The price goes up with each patch. Then write the patch names and placement in the order note so we press the right layout on the foam front.

Custom patch trucker hat

• You pick the count. One, two, three, or four patches. That dropdown sets the price.
• You pick the patches. In the order note write the names and where they go. Example: K in the center, tiger heart on the left, one star on the right.
• Hat pressed on foam. We use a hat press on the Valucap foam front. Do not iron these at home. A household iron can scorch the foam.
• Readable from the front. We keep the main letter near the center of the panel so the design is not only on the brim or the mesh.

Patch menu

• Letter K. Black letter with a white edge.
• Letter V. Black letter with a white edge.
• Tiger heart. Orange and black stripe heart, about 2.4 inches wide.
• Checker bow. Black and white bow, about 2.8 by 2.2 inches.
• Black star. Small or medium black star.
• Tiger head. Embroidered tiger head.
• Orange paw. Small paw, about 1 inch.
