Vivid Expressions is a custom apparel, boutique clothing, engraving, and commercial signage business based in Kirksville, Missouri. By using this website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom, personalized, bulk, engraved, and made-to-order products are final sale.
Because these items are produced specifically for each customer, they are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a production error or defect.
Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring proper sizing prior to order submission
Vivid Expressions is not responsible for errors approved by the customer prior to production.
3. Women’s Boutique Collection
Boutique items are eligible for exchange only, provided they meet the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds are not offered for boutique purchases.
4. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Bulk, contract, and wholesale orders may require deposits prior to production. Production timelines begin after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Due to the nature of bulk production, slight variations in color, placement, or material may occur and are not considered defects.
All bulk and wholesale sales are final.
5. Commercial Signage
Customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling, measurements, and design details are approved prior to production.
Installation requirements and permits (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All signage sales are final once production begins.
6. Intellectual Property
Customers must have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials submitted for production.
Vivid Expressions is not liable for unauthorized use of intellectual property provided by the customer.
We reserve the right to decline any order that infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or contains inappropriate material.
7. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
Orders will not begin production until payment is received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Production timelines vary depending on order size and customization level. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Vivid Expressions is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vivid Expressions shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
