At Vivid Expressions, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom apparel, boutique styles, and branded products. Because many of our items are made to order, our return and refund policies vary by product type.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom, personalized, bulk, engraved, and made-to-order items are final sale.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Printed merchandise

Commercial signage

Bulk or wholesale orders
Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is a production error or defect on our part.
If you believe your item was produced incorrectly, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can review and resolve the issue.
Women’s Boutique Collection
We offer exchanges only on items from our Women’s Boutique collection.
To qualify for an exchange:

Item must be unworn

Item must be unwashed

Tags must be attached

Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
We do not offer refunds on boutique items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We may require photos to process a replacement.
