At Vivid Expressions, many of our products are custom-made to order. Production and shipping timelines vary depending on the level of customization and order quantity.
Production Time
Custom orders typically ship within 5–14 business days after order confirmation.

Bulk or wholesale requests
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Please note that for certain large, heavy, or freight-based orders (including commercial signage and bulk quantities), shipping costs may not calculate accurately at checkout.

Large freight orders require customer-paid shipping
Freight & Large Orders
Oversized, heavy, or pallet-based shipments may require special freight carriers. Customers are responsible for freight shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Delays
While we aim to meet estimated timelines, Vivid Expressions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
